After a talk with :iconceenova:, I clicked that my elevated stress and depression this year may have something to do with a lack of creativity, mainly in the visual area. I've written heaps, but drawn very little. :iconmancoin: convinced me to draw. The "lines" of light are because I have an LED desk lamp that has a rough covering - though the lines on the cover run perpendicular to the image... I wonder if it's because it's not an incandescent light? But then again, how do scanners work?

Well, consider this my first bit of Saints Row fanart, as well as my latest Zoey drawing. I'd say she's either 21 or 23 here. Anyhoo, the Dubstep gun is a weapon from Saints Row IV that does just what its name suggests: fires blasts of electronic music, with very damaging effects. Comes in three colours, each with its own song. I prefer the default (featured here).

Thanks! And yeah, it's the most awesome weapon from the game. I reckon after a few upgrades, you can get through a longer fight using just it, especially once the recharge and charge capacity are boosted.

Oh haha, when'd you and Cee become buddies?

I like the look of determination on her face. Like, "Die bitches..." Hehe.

Anyway, I hope this helped you.

Hah. We've been friends for ages. She randomly started watching me some time ago... I think after I liked some art you did for her, maybe? :P Anyway, we were talking about her presentation, and that's what sparked the thought.

And yes, it did help. :D

Ah yeah, that thing. I can't for the life of me come up with a decent quote. <__<

That's fantastic! I'm glad to hear that!

I just had a rant about what art means to me, and my obsession with having a reference folder of stuff, even if half of it never gets used. And thanks, I was aiming for Zoey to look either enraged or psychotic, but she's more likely to be zoned out and focused on "giving" the world "good music"... while things explode (forgot to add that to the last message).

And don't worry about not having any good quotes. Art can't always be planned, and text is an artform. Just say whatever you think art is, and Cee'll pick out what's helpful to her speech.

I actually figured something out, heh. Art speaks differently to different people; the artist included. There is no lone meaning to a piece of art and that might be artistic in it of itself.

Sounds weird the wa I word it but I hope she finds use in it.

You're welcome!
